Randall Edens, PE

Randall Edens is a licensed Professional Engineer and the founder of RSC Engineering, PLLC. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and brings decades of experience in civil engineering, land development, and construction management.

Before founding RSC Engineering, Randall spent 14 years with a private construction contractor, where he gained extensive hands-on experience managing site development projects. His background includes grading, paving, site layout, infrastructure coordination, and construction management, providing him with a practical understanding of both engineering design and field execution.

Today, Randall works closely with clients throughout Eastern North Carolina, providing engineering solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and tailored to each project's unique needs.

His commitment to quality, responsive service, and strong client relationships has helped establish RSC Engineering as a trusted partner for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

Sonya Edens, EI

Sonya Edens is an Engineer Intern (EI) and an integral member of the RSC Engineering, PLLC leadership team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and brings a strong background in process improvement, project coordination,

and business operations.

Before joining RSC Engineering, Sonya spent 12 years with a large manufacturing company, where she developed expertise in operational efficiency, problem-solving, and project management. She later joined Randall to help build RSC Engineering into the family-owned firm it is today.

At RSC Engineering, Sonya plays a key role in supporting clients and coordinating projects, helping ensure every project is managed efficiently from planning through completion. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service contribute to the responsive, client-focused experience that defines RSC Engineering.
